I find it interesting that there are strange background sounds that occur during good videos that I see online....There is a strange horn sound attached to this video but nevertheless, this video brings up interesting points about the implicit implications of what is going on with the child protective services industry with goals of tracking every child.  The senator addresses issues with the state of Oregon.
